Shipping Policy
US Shipping
All tattoo ink orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from Los Angeles, California. Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 2 business days, subject to product availability. Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx generally takes 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
Free shipping is applicable on mainland US retail orders over $99.99 after applicable discounts and coupons are applied.
EU Shipping
Orders placed on www.quantumtattooink.eu shipping to the European Union are fulfilled from our EU location and are not subject to import customs duties. Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 2 business days, subject to product availability. Standard flat rate shipping generally takes 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
International Shipping
Quantum Tattoo Ink ships worldwide from Los Angeles, California. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders outside the US and EU. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Quantum Tattoo Ink is not responsible for shipments held or delayed by customs, and refunds will not be issued for orders held by customs authorities.
Distributor/ Wholesale Shipping
Shipping costs for wholesale orders are not included in wholesale or distributor order confirmations and will be billed separately.
Wholesale customers may choose to have shipping arranged by Quantum Tattoo Ink or provide their own carrier account number, freight account information, or Bill of Lading (BOL) to arrange shipping through their preferred carrier.
If Quantum Tattoo Ink arranges shipping, all applicable shipping and freight charges will be invoiced separately from the original order.
Wholesale customers outside the US and EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Quantum Tattoo Ink is not responsible for shipments held or delayed by customs, and refunds will not be issued for orders held by customs authorities.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly after checkout and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Track and Trace
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Important Notice
Quantum Tattoo Ink is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, customs delays, epidemics, pandemics, and other unforeseen events.
Shipping carriers do not guarantee temperature-controlled transportation. Exposure to extreme heat or cold during transit may damage tattoo ink, particularly with ground shipping. If you live in an area experiencing extreme temperatures, we recommend contacting info@quantumtattooink.com to discuss alternate shipping methods to minimize the risk of damage. Additional charges may apply.
Return & Replacement Policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Tattoo inks, pigments, mixing solutions, and other products that may be used in professional tattoo procedures cannot be returned or restocked once they have left our facility. This policy applies even if the product is unopened or unused.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a product or color different from what you ordered, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost.
